Healing for the Mind, Body, and Soul

Massage was something I understood and appreciated on a simple level. If I felt stress or pain, getting in to see Zen Jen is step one. Shes always been a healing force in my life and helped me through some rough waters. Recent events caused me to feel overwhelming fear and personal weakness. Coupled with muscle spasms I went to see Jen. After talking about what was going on she gently offered energy healing. I Just want to say that I came out the other side giggling about the fear filled me I'd been. And several days past that experience I'm still there fully. Jen is a healer. She's intuitive, judgement free, kind and aware, and is another being who helps me to be my better self. So grateful to have her and her healing practice on my team.

I have had a chronic aching pain in my right shoulder/neck/upper back area for over 6 months. I tried many things to relieve the pain including improving my posture when working and driving, and using a backpack instead of a shoulder bag for work. I went to the doctor and he suggested that I see a massage therapist. After trying a few massage therapists at a chain massage business and having no relief, I went to see Jenny. Today (one day after my massage) is the first day in months that I have no pain. Jenny is very skilled at what she does and even provides education on how your mind and body influence one another. I will definitely be going back!

I have had numerous massages from other therapists and Jenny has been by far the most in tune with my body and muscles and what they need.
